Melany Denkers

Experience

A third generation Realtor®, Melany joined the field of real estate in 2006 in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother. Canyon Country Realty has been established in Corona for over 30 years. She has been a Notary Public for the last 8 years, and just recently obtained her Broker’s license from the Department of Real Estate. Melany has had experience in the customer service fields and carries with her the principles of how to serve others.

Memberships

Melany is a member of Nation Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, and The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors® since 2006. She is also a member of the National Notary Association and her office is member of the Corona Chamber of Commerce. In 2007 she became a member of the Inland Valley Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, and is currently serving on the Membership committee. Most recently she helped charter, and is chairing, the The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network.

Personal Information

Being born and raised in Corona has given Melany a good knowledge of the town and surrounding communities. She moved to San Diego after high school and spent 4 years at Point Loma Nazarene University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Working in San Diego at the Hotel Del Coronado Melany laid a foundation of customer service which transitioned into her becoming a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines. These former positions contribute to the attitude of service, respect and competency that Melany conveys to her clients.

Professional Philosophy

The inspirational Zig Ziglar once said, “The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his or her commitment to excellence, regardless of his or her chosen field of endeavor.” A commitment to excellence is what Melany has established her personal as well as her professional ethic on. Her clients are the beneficiaries of this great attitude.

Goals

My goal for being on the Board of Directors at The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors® in 2011-2012 is to integrate variety and offer a fresh outlook on the association and the current real estate industry. As the chairwoman for the Young Professionals Network I believe I have a lot to offer from the “younger” Realtor® perspective. There is a great need to bridge the gap between veterans and newbies – and I believe the way to do that is through professionalism, education, technology and staying involved with The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors®.
